I have gone through stages where i have lost weight, which i did a couple of months ago and then christmas came and i put it all back on again, and now i want the perfect summer body but i dont know what the best thing for me to do is. i am very self consious about my legs and i want to find the best way to lose weight quickly. i eat healthy most of the time where i occasionaly eat junk food! i just dont know what the best option is!! any sugestions?
Well my dear, the only thing that can happen is working out. Make sure you do low weight and high reps, this creates tone. For leg toning try jogging, not a lot of uphills, just flat land. It builds muscle and burns fat, this will make your legs look amazing. If you limit your calories and work out the weight should come right off. You’re body doesn’t like large fluctuations in weight, therefore as long as you keep working out you should be fine with the weight loss. Summer is only about 4 months away, if you cut out all the junk food, work out, and keep your calorie count low you should have the perfect body in no time.
