To be honest, trying to lose 14 pounds on a fast is crazy. It’s so super unhealthy. Just try to eat about 400-500 calories a day that way your body is still getting the good stuff it needs, and you’re still starving yourself.  

But if you do decide to fast, then don’t exercise. You’re just going to make yourself ill.
